We ship with FedEx or UPS. All of our rugs are shipped with 24-48hrs from your purchase date.

Is it possible for online images to depict product colors accurately?

I received a rug with dimensions that differ from what was advertised on the website. Does this mean it's a defect in manufacturing?
Please note that there may be slight variations in the lengths and widths of our products, and while we make every effort to provide accurate measurements, some degree of variation is expected and is not considered a defect in manufacturing. The dimensions can vary up to 4% due to the rolling-up and manufacturing processes, which is common throughout the industry. If you believe that the difference in size between the rug you received and the expected size is significant, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service for further assistance.
Do your rugs come with non-slip backings?
Our rugs under Non-slip category are made with a non-slip backing material, which helps keep them in place and prevents slips and falls. They are particularly useful in households with children or the elderly, as they can provide added safety and stability on slippery surfaces.

No, we don’t provide sample for rugs.

What size of rug is best suitable for bedroom ?
It basically depends upon how big the room is but with our experience we generally suggest 8’ x 10’.

We regret to inform you that we are currently unable to provide an estimated time of when a specific product will be restocked. However, we typically keep the product page available even when it is out of stock, so that you can still access the product details and keep an eye out for when it becomes available again.

Most orders are shipped via UPS. If possible we will provide you with a tracking number so that you may monitor the location and progress of your order
What do you charge for shipping?
Shipping is FREE on most orders to any address in the contiguous USA. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, and Puerto Rico: You will be billed the actual shipping charge to your destination. This will be calculated and presented to you at the time of checkout.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Generally, items are shipped within 1-2 business days, depending on their availability. The delivery timeframe varies based on the size of the rug and the shipping location. Most items are delivered within two weeks. Please note that in some cases, items from the same order may not ship together or be included in the same package. Our customer service team will do their best to keep you updated on the expected shipping date.

How do I change or cancel an order?
Once the order has been submitted, you can modify or cancel within 24 hours of your purchase from our website. We generally ship the order in a day. If you are not able to do so, you will have to return the product at delivery. We will make the refund once we get the product back.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee on every rug we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it. You are responsible for payment of the return shipping charges.
What is process in event of damaged or defected item received ?
In the event that your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer service within 14 days of delivery. Please note that some rugs may have variations in size of up to 3 inches from the stated dimensions due to the manufacturing process, and shrinkage can occur during the washing process. To help us efficiently review your claim, please provide us with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos that clearly show the issue with the rug, including packaging and the label on the back of the rug. Please indicate whether you would like a replacement of the same item or a refund. Please note that if approved, the replacement order will be charged separately at the time of shipment. Once we receive the necessary information and photos, we will respond as quickly as possible. Please prepare the item(s) for shipping by covering the rug completely in plastic.
